Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid based on commission role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at MINDOTS ACADEMY, located in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including managing customer relationships, creating and implementing sales strategies, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with the sales team on lead generation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
- Experience in conducting Training sessions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the Sales team on lead generation and reporting
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include excellent negotiation, presentation and analytical skills, creativity and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate must also be results-oriented, able to work independently and have a passion for sales and marketing.
